How do I add a signature to my Gsuite email?

Prior to starting you should have received an .html file with your signature that is referenced in step 1.  If you have not received it please contact HR.

Step 1- Open Email & click on .html file attached- it will open up a new window

Step 2- You signature should be in your web browser, select all and “copy”

Step 3- Go to your gmail inbox and in the top right corner you will see a

symbol, click on it and then click “See all settings”

Step 4- Scroll down until you see “signature” click “Create New” and name your signature “Virtare Main.” Then in the box, which should be blank, right click and paste.

Step 5- You should now see your signature, no need to link websites etc. Please click your headshot and select “medium.” Then last but not least make sure that you set your signature defaults, for your virtarehealth email address. Virtare Main in both drop downs and please make sure to click the check box that inserts your signature before our quote text.

Step 6: Scroll to the very bottom of the setting page and click “Save all Changes”
